You're not getting lazy your just LowT. Yes it's harder but at the same time you don't need to be "shredded". You can stand out from most of the 30's age bracket by just being muscular at 11-14% body fat.

Aaron Marino (Mens style/lifestyle youtuber) is 41 years old. Shows what difference can be made if you take care of yourself/never let yourself go. Left is how he normally is. Right is after his summer cut supposedly. Claims he's been working out for 30 years. Claims natty. Looks natty to me. Essentially has been lifting/eating decent for his entire adult life.

Edit: If I'm honest, that looks pretty chopped. arm thickness almost the exact same size in the bloated pic. and the same weird squinting eye in both pics.

It's doable. I've seen videos of older men in their 50s working out and still having ripped up bodies but it definitely probably talks a little more work. I personally would think going all "Muscle bear" would be an easier thing. Trade in the rippling chiselled-ness for Muscle beef.

I just don’t get these threads. It really isn’t that difficult to eat relatively well and do something active a few times a week. I mean really, who doesn’t enjoy getting a couple sweats in? Who doesn’t think fruits/vegetables taste pretty good and make you feel good too. I just don’t understand you cucks that act like it’s super inconvenient. Cope so hard

Regardless of left or right. Either is a solid physique for in your 40s. There aren't any indicators of use either.

Keep grinding, OP. The worst thing you can do upon turning 30 is LDAR. And your metabolism shouldn't have changed too much, not yet anyway.
I mean sure, maybe don't focus on being super ripped all the time, but still focus on being in shape and subsequently better than the majority of those in your age bracket.

OP just clean up your eating if you want your abs back. Or don't. A 6 pack isn't the end all be all to everyone.

I'm 43 and still fairly cut, it's not very difficult at all. At 39 i was cut for the first time really. By then my crazy youthful drinking was over and I ate a little better. I also started doing IF.

it's easy if you been lifting a long time. Right now I am at 10% body fat, got veins in my abs feels good man. I don't care about fast food and junk. I enjoy good foods like salmon, fruits, rice, eggs. Every now and then I may eat some ben and jerry ice cream or candy. But I don't care for it nor wish to eat junk food everyday. I don't drink as well and If I do it's red wine with my salmon. Never been this lean in my life and actually had muscle to show.
You have to understand my life for past 8 years+ has been lifting and healthy life style no drinking, skincare routine, drink water everyday. No soda and fruit juice garbage for over 10 years. If your 30 and have been living like sht your not gonna look like me ever at 30+.

I just want to share the knowledge I have obtained throughout my life and hopefully change someone's life.

Easier to keep on mass once you hit 30s from my experience. Still have a high metabolism so cutting isn't really an issue, cardio levels though yeahhhh have to keep up on those more than I did in my 20s.

The longer you maintain it the easier it becomes. The hardest part is getting there. Having a highly active lifestyle helps heaps. It's much easier to maintain 10% or less BF on 5k cals per day then 2,200.
