Alhamdulillah UK is now (un)officially a Muslim khalifat.....

It's finally here, Sadiq Khan has got one of his boys in as home secretary. Sajid Javid has replaced Amber Rudd as home secretary.

Very interested in the reaction/backlash of the British people.

Tbf I wasn't judging him at all, if it came across like that it's just communication issues.

I don't follow politicians, I'd never even heard of him until I read the article in the OP, but judging by the reaction Sadiq Khan has had from the majority of white British public I was just interested in how the public is going to react to this.

I personally hope he can do a great job and help lose some of the stereotype and stigma many brown people in the UK face today.

Sadiq Khan is a mayor of London and from the Labour party, he has absolutely NO power in regards to who becomes Home Secretary, the Prime Minister decides that (in this case Theresa May who is from the conservative party like Sajid Javid)

Khan and Javid have NOTHING in common other than looking vaguely similar.
