I don’t think he was accessing the after life. Just the soul world within the stone.

Captain Marvel should have been Katheryn Winnick.

Usually I'd agree, but Doom is the exception IMO. That man has been a worldwide, universal, and multiversal threat at so many different points it's ridiculous. He's had so many Marvel events centered around him as the villain that they definitely have a huge pool of stories to pick from. Doom is the best comic book villain of all time IMO, and the biggest/most interesting villain to take over as the main threat after Thanos is gone. He's also the embodiment of villainy to me. Doom always does what he does for himself, going so far as to sacrifice those he loves in pursuit of his own interests.

There's also been plenty of moments where he could have decisively beaten every hero against him and won the story but didn't because it was too easy or beneath him in some way. Dooms entire character revolves around his arrogance. He knows that he is the smartest and most capable being in the multiverse. He talks down to gods. His entire motivation is to prove his superiority, win decisively through his own capabilities, and become the best version of himself. Reed is his fixation just because Reed is the only one who really matches him in terms of intelligence, and even beats him out at times (though Doom has outdone him at multiple instances, and usually only loses because Reed has help). Doom knows he's the best. It's just a matter of dealing with those who would dispute that.

At least his motivation as a villain makes sense. He's just an arrogant dick. All that combined with a good progression (start him off small as an FF villain, give him an arc, and work him up to cosmic threat) would make for a killer phase 4-6 IMO

Yeah the ash meme. I think I just got spoiled big time with Agents of SHIELD. Some stupid article that didn't mention spoilers.
Just because its confirmed by them doesnt mean they cant take back what they said and/or completely change the theory all together. Feige, Russos know how to play it when it comes to giving up theories and information when asked from fans and media. No way they give up anything to predictable to remove any shock factor.

Remember they gave the cast a fake a script so that nothing is leaked. They also lead ppl by their trailers and snippets of the possibility of Tony Stark likely dieing. RDJ though he dodged the question, he always came off as this was it for Iron Man. Even when came to things like Feige mentioning how great it has been working with RDJ lol.

They seem to take their product serious in developing comic cinematics then any other studio out there...in doing so that they also know what too and not to say when it comes to releasing info

Well I hope they don't walk back all the deaths, but losing Gamora is a pretty big void for the Guardians so I'm worried they'll revive her.

Agreed. If you would put it that way then yes it can be great on screen. He also did steal the powers of a celestial lol.

I only said I cant buy it cause of him being "human" but if it can be built up properly I dont see why not.

It could be the real afterlife but I don’t think so. I think it’s just another realm kinda like the quantum realm in Antman or the dark dimension in Dr. Strange.

I'll say it again, I don't understand how the Avengers with Infinity stones (Vision and Dr Strange) got their ass kicked by Thanos's minions who didn't have a stone. Makes 0 sense.

Having an individual stone doesn't mean you are all powerful. For example Dr. Strange never could actually beat Dormammu but he trapped him in a loop because time didn't exist in his dimension. If he crossed over to our dimension and fought, he would stomp Strange

In the comics the soul stone can bring people to Soul World (a pocket dimension). Adam Warlock gets trapped in there by Thanos.

My guess is Gamora is trapped in there when she "died". The stone just put her in there.
