How many calories do you consume on a daily basis when dropping weight? What foods do you eat?

Chronic greenery use is not associated with increased fat or BMI, brah. Chronic users actually tend to be leaner.... I made awesome gains while using herbal medicine.

You and I both know getting fat is a result of inactivity and gluttony.

which brings me back to the original question, which I'll rephrase again. Why to you try so hard to come off as someone who is knowledgeable about diet and exercise, when you cannot seem to figure out the basics of those things?

I was eating a cup measure of a meat and a cup measure of a starch every 3 hours. That was the plan. I wasn't counting grams of fat, because they are very good for happiness.

Junk meals had no limit just to keep myself from overresisting into temptation. But they were not to be frequent whatsoever.

The main key was waking up every morning or afternoon and chugging 2 cups water and maybe black coffee with it and going for a brisk walk for 45 minutes, or treadmill

But right now I am eating like 3/4 cup meat and a cup of starches for my meals, and at night time I don't eat starches so I sub in fats (to lose body fat). Cardio up to an hour daily, not being skipped. I am down to 312 as of yesterday.

I would be a sloth and a glutton. It might not have caused it directly but I was too irresponsible with it so that it caused me to have no temperance.

I am down to 312.

I aim for ~290.

Then I will maintain it and recomp some more because I don't want to get too light only to eat my body weight back up. I can't make this too costly.

How tall are you?

Regardless, you aren't going to be 'jacked' at 280 with a 2 plate bench press.

I am nearing or in the mid 20s % range.

At 320 two months ago I was 28%.

The abs are a goal, but I need to get close enough to it first to decide how I'm going to get there. Right now, a recomp suits me well.
