Understandable. If that's the case, orange triad has almost the identical amount of both (more EPA/less DHA) and is almost half the price. The NOW Ultra Omega-3 also has more per pill and more than half the price.

Honestly forgot about Controlled Labs. I used to enjoy Triad a lot. Will have to look back into those.

I like nutricost for vitamins, TUDCA and fish oils. I will have to look into NOW, for vitamins I used to do animal pak packets, but haven't used them in months and my old suite mate left me a tub of un-opened animal pak powder...seems odd to do the 12 horse pills into a tiny scoop.

That was my problem with the Animal pack. 948357982734 pills was just excessive. I dug the orange anavite powder. Miss that chit.

Boom. There ya go. Ive used NOW and CL and both seemed just fine. Doing a quick search on BB.com NOW seemed to have about 5 fish oils or omega-3's. As soon as i saw the price for the Nordic (and dosage) i immediately went skeptical hippo.

One thing I've read, and take this with a grain of salt, is that Fish Oil in clear container is more susceptible to going rancid due to UV exposure getting through the bottle. Who knows how true it is, but I can say that I have generally "Felt better" using the Nordic Natural brand compared to others.

Yeah I have heard the same thing and I can say I have gotten fish oil in a clear container and they got hard and rotted looking in the capsules so you heard right I think. Nutricost comes in white containers but I throw it in my mini fridge in my room. I have started doing fish and krill oil splits not sure if it benefits me but I like to change up the oil intake here and there. I will look at Nordic Natural. Everyone has their own brands which is kind of nice as it gives people options.

I love 5FDP. I saw them years ago with All That Remains, one of the best shows I saw. Maria Brink.....omg...the things I'd do to her. Halestorm and In This Moment were in concert together last week near me. I didn't know until too late. Maria + Lzzy..... heaven.

I was honestly shocked at how good maria sounded in person. Someone who sings like that on a track/recording rarely sounds that good in person. Ill be damned if she did.

I remember always see summer related depression threads around this time.

Negative bros need to get out. Go for an early evening walk and listen to a podcast, go see a movie solo, grab a beer and watch a game at a bar. Just get out around people. Don't isolate yourself.
