Clubs are all about looks. It's too loud for normal communication anyway, people are usually too drunk to give any fuks about an in-depth conversation. Any verbal game is just a couple of words here and there, the rest is all body language and facial expressions.

You could do a simple cheeky approach like. "Hey, come here!" "What?" "Just come here". Put your hand out, pull them gently closer: "You're cute, do a twirl for me" Twirl them. Say something like "Not bad". Whisper in their ear: "I just want you to know that you won't be sleeping with me tonight". Give them a cheeky smile, they will laugh. "But play your cards right and I'll may let you a kiss me". Smile, judge her language, move in.
If they are in a group, say something like "Hey I need to steal your friend for a minute, I promise I'll give her back". Keep her close enough to her group to have them not worry, but far enough to do whatever move you choose. They will LOVE that confidence, but once again confidence has to be matched with looks, otherwise they'll will think you want to drag her to your van.

If you think that's lame, no it's actually not, because if your attractive for them and do simple sh*t like this smoothly, that playful approach+joke into a simple kiss will work 90% of the time. If they say "I have a boyfriend" and you think they are talking sh*t, say something cheeky back like: "Same here, we have something in common". etc etc And never outstay your welcome, eventually say you have to go check on your friends etc, then that's a queue to grab a number. You want to make it so that you're the prize, but not in an obnoxious way. Most guys will be WKing her all night.

My point is, you don't need major game in most hot spots, it's all about how you dress, how you look, and your body language. If they are not feeling any lust, you're fuked. You will have to drop your ratings until you hit that sweet spot.
