Has anyone dropped any one thing from their diet and had it make a profound impact?

whenever I drop grains completely and just get my carbs from fruit only, after a few days I drop all bloat and feel fantastic. I up my fats/protein to compensate for calories
I'm not sure about dairy though. Ive gone off and on many times, and I haven't noticed a difference because whenever I have dairy it's always with grains (oats + whey, milk + cereals, etc) so it's hard to pin point if dairy negatively effects me.
I still eat grains/dairy though (unless I want to be in peak physical condition for a festival or something lol) because being too restrictive with foods in no way to live tbh. gotta find a balance of enjoyment in life.

Dropped carb intake increase fats, usually from wheat or grain, it seems to flare up my stomach/IBS. Get way too bloated and sluggish otherwise.
Past month and a half added in a daily curcumin/ginger/piperine drink and it's drastically helped me feel better, think my body is severely suffering from inflammatory issues.

Reps to anyone who can answer this question.
I always see people on the misc talk about how bad milk is..... I go through stages of barely consuming any calories via liquids (just drink water/black coffee) I once did this for 1-2 years just out of choice and didn't really feel a difference. Now i'm watching my macros more im having milk every now and then with my protein and coffee as it helps hit my macros/get those extra cals in and to be honest, I don't feel better OR worse. Am I just immune to the issues that milk provides or is UK milk far better than milk in the USA? (I live near the country and only drink fresh milk).
In terms of things I drop: I find it extremely easy to drop my carbs down to 80-100g a day when on a cut and I can easily substitute it for fat/protein instead. If anything I tend to crave protein while on low carb. I notice I look smaller when not consuming carbs though and my muscles look less "full".

Gluten and dairy and supplements.
I get extremely bad headaches and stomach acid when I eat gluten.
I might have drank alot of milk when I was younger but it really messes with your hormones so I stopped drinking it. Caused acne and messed up sleep times and nightmares.
As for the supplements ain't no way a small tablet has the same benefits as a steak or a real piece of food.
Already refrain from alcohol because it messes your liver up.
I cut the number of carbs down even though they taste good they are still unhealthy and will make you fat with all the butter and dough. Makes losing fat very hard.
Extra sodium should be avoided these are found in all preservatives especially fast food chicken they love salt water injections. I swear I have 3-4 lbs of water bloat weight that makes me look fat before I exercise.

I've completed several elimination diets and have found that eliminating different food sources alleviates different allergies and inflammation for almost everyone. The only universal I've seen is the elimination of sugar (in all of its forms).
Sugar in all of its forms, with the exception of fruit, is pretty much the devil....These are the consistent results I've seen from eliminating all forms of sugar..
-100% clear skin - No acne of any type
-Major improvement in long term back pain issues - The Inflammation is gone and so are my aches and pain
-Weight loss/maintenance - I struggled with slow weight loss even when maintaining a strict diet and the weight dropped off of me after I eliminated sugar
-100% of brain fog gone
-Memory massively improved
-Cravings gone - I dont crave sugar or even fatty foods anymore. I literally have zero problems turning down fattening and or sugary foods because I dont want them. Its not because I feel guilty from the diet its that they taste like trash and they simply dont look appetizing anymore.
I've known dozens of people that have eliminated sugar and almost all of them have had similar results. I take a vacation and go back to sugar during Thanksgiving and Christmas. I resume symptoms within 72 hours of regularly consuming it and it reminds me why I will never go back to a diet that includes sugar.

I stopped eating pork and pork gelatin. That seems to have helped me. I'm experiencing a reaction when eating pork. I also avoid gluten most of the time. That helped some as i believe it tough to digest.

Tried a vegan diet for around 8 months back in 2016. Felt like a God for the first ~ 2 months but things steadily reverted back to normal and then dropped off more from there.
I still avoid dairy as 1. It used to cause constant gut disruption 2. I don't care for it anyway

Things I have dropped:
Bread
Sweets
Relying on protein shakes - only use them when I travel. Whenever I rely on them, my body looks worse than when I just rely on food.
fast food in general - contributed to a lot of stomach issues like gurd.

Processed foods and sugar helped me, I didn't drop them all together but my PT when I was 19 took me down a grocery isle and explained to me that I should go for the stuff not frozen in packages and stick to the outside of the grocery store and cut my sugar. Eventually lost a lot of weight just listening to him doing that, also tracking calories and food journaling/weighing 1x a week really helped me realize how much I was actually eating what caloric intake roughly was leading to weight loss/gain.

The talk about dreams and diary is crazy.
I consume almost no dairy or processed sugars just because I don't crave it but last night I had 2 small pieces of cheesecake cause of mothers day. Had a dream last night that I quit my job to sell computers at Bestbuy.

Milk and processed sugar (as much as humanly possible at least).

I always see people on the misc talk about how bad milk is.... I don't feel better OR worse. Am I just immune to the issues that milk provides or is UK milk far better than milk in the USA?... I notice I look smaller when not consuming carbs though and my muscles look less "full".
