went last night to see it. Fell asleep half way through for about 15-20min.

These kinds of movies don't do anything for me. Not impressed /10. Went to see it just because of the hype. To each their own i suppose.

Strong sheep. Why would you see something just because of the hype. If you arent into it, dont waste your time.

Assuming you didnt grow up to super heroes as a kid, im sure what ever hypes you up, 99% of us will find it boring as well.

It was a decent film, way better than the previous Avernger's film but that was dog****e. No way does it deserve the 9 or whatever it has on IMDB. More like a 7.5.

There was too much going on but that was too be expected - it's impressive that they manage to get some kind of coherent storyline with all these characters. It ws a solid action film.

What brings it down for me though was the ending. No emotional impact whatsoever when you know some of these characters have films scheduled. Just rolled my eyes when Black Panther and Spiderman were part of disappearing crew.

They've left the original characters alive so you can expect some kind of turn back time to save the others and then some originals dying in the process, as they've all had three or so films already. Or something along those lines.

this is the most retarded mindset I have seen in this thread. That's like not caring that John (michael clark duncan) died in the green mile, because you know it's just an actor...

no clue actually. It's still trying to hit Black Panther's domestic numbers in USA. Black panther enjoyed several months of small competition and had a political charge to it. But we're about to get Deadpool and Solo in the next 2 weeks.

Black panther was an awful remake of Disney's lion king. Except instead of the evil uncle it was the evil uncle's son. They even had the fat guy that looked just like Pumba!

Has to be the most retarded rebuttal I've heard to this point

It'd be more like a Green Mile 2 already having been announced before the Green Mile came out, where we know that John is alive and well. If you don't think that impacts how you would view the death in Green Mile I don't know what to say to you. Have no idea how you've ended up at your comparison.

If you see a tragic sacrifice in any tv show or film but you know there's no finality to it, it's not going to have the same impact.

Ideally, Marvel would have had no sequels planned or hinted - and the Russo brothers would have had free reign to say "fuk off, this is how it ends." But we know corporate greed won't allow that.

That would have been game of thrones tier chit.

Spot on. If you think the deaths are just as impactful even though you know the characters are 100% coming back next movie then you probably got downs

Read a very interesting theory....

Loki faked his death. He is bruce banner now. hulk is elsewhere.

kind of makes sense. Lokis piss poor attempt at killing thanos.

Bruce Banner not hulking out throughout movie.

lol my dad falls asleep at pretty much every movie we see, even if he actually likes it. It can be 11AM in the morning and he'll fall asleep in the theater.

If you don't follow the comics, and if you haven't seen any of the MCU movies that have come out in the past 10 years then you're not going to know whats going on, be able to relate to character ambitions or be emotionally invested in them at all. Also, the movie jumps right into the meat of the plot assuming you already know the characters backstories, their powers etc. So of course he thought the movie was bad he probably had no idea what the hell was going on, lol.

The movie is a sequel, Its like expecting to get the full enjoyment of some movie like Harry Potter by starting with the 5th movie or some chit.

It still makes no sense. Why would Loki pretend to almost Hulk out multiple times when he was by himself? Why would he talk to the Hulk when he was by himself if it was actually Loki?
