Assault with a deadly weapon and fleeing the scene of an accident is about all I can see for sure.
Attempted murder is a 1000yr shot with a rubber band gun.

It wouldn't shock me if this whale wanted exactly this to happen.
Doesn't give a **** about Isiah... just out there for a free handout. Fortunately, I don't think she is going to get ****. Perhaps if she hires a lawyer they can sue for mental damages but I'm not lawyer so who knows how that works.

idk why im so triggered, wincel you are either autism of the law or trolling or have an extreme misperception of how charges would follow from this point.

It seems like the whole situation escalated and it came to this I’m sure everybody probably ended up with chargers or tickets at least.

You are supposed to remain in the car, lock the doors and wait for help. Unless someone starts breaking the windows, you can't do something like this. Even if you do drive off and run over someone, you are technically liable for their injuries, but you might be able to avoid criminal penalties if you can prove they were actually threatening your life, and that was the only escape. In this video, the driver clearly attempted to murder the woman. While I agree that she was being a fuking idiot, and she probably had it coming, the law is pretty clear on this. I would also convict the driver as a juror since such an action is beyond the realm of what I would deem reasonable.

Those type of situations are scary. Crowd/mob surrounds car, you kill one and you go to jail, meanwhile the mob might pull/drag you out of your car. Cops need to step in asap in these type of situations.

Bunch of strong willed miscers in here telling someone how to control their throttle when a mob of people are videoing, screaming, and inching closer and closer to their vehicle.
Tell us more about how your dumb ass would act when you've already told someone to move and slowly accelerated to avoid conflict.
Truth is, she accepted her fate the moment she walked in front of a vehicle on the road.
0 sympathy. Again, LOL @ the miscers in here.

You just went full potato mode throughout this thread and don't know how to backpedal out of it, so you are instead doubling down on your potato mannerisms.

Technically she's jaywalking so if she gets hit its on her. No crime there. He didn't have to stop if he feared for his safety from the mob. Just has to report it.

If you stand in front of traffic in a protest it's a power play where death is very possible, that's what makes it so bold. IMO I don't think there's anything wrong with ramming through street blocking crowds, because that's what they signed up for.

I think you should be allowed to run people over if they are in the road not using a crosswalk

Yes, let's stand in front of a 3,000lb vehicle to protest injustice!
Let's bang on their car, threaten the occupants, all the while still standing in front of the car.
Act surprised when the driver runs your ass over.
Third world behavior... I am less likely to be concerned over your "plight" when you hold normal people, who didn't cause your perceived injustice, hostage.
Too bad it wasn't a heavier vehicle. dumb bitch

Seems you just can't bloatmogg a car.
wincel is right though, flooring it into her and driving away is a crime, and however understandable that decision was, doesn't change those facts.
