Old lady ND’d a rifle at range yesterday. We were zeroing a customers rifle and she was at the pistol range maybe 30-40ft to the side of us seperated by a huge berm of course.
She was lifting the gun up off the table (why they were even fuking with rifles on the pistol range I have no idea) and had her finger in the trigger guard. Evidently it was loaded and not on safe. Boom. There was someone shooting down range on the pistol side too. Luckily no one was hurt.
The old man she was with went running over to make sure she and everyone was ok.

Then she laughed about it. “Hahaha maybe I should just leave this one alone.”
Yes. It’s hilarious that you could have fuking seriously injured or killed someone because you’re a fuking dumbass. If I would have been the guy down range it would have been ****ing on.

Thinking about getting a firearm. Wanted one for a while... but as a broke college kid, couldn't justify it. There was a drive by two blocks north of me... same street I live on. And a home invasion 3 blocks west... which was thought to be drug related. My roommate has a sig but is all the way up stairs and is never home anyways.

Gonna scout the local shops for a glock 19. You never know brahs... plus I miss going shooting.

No, you're either in ketosis or you aren't. Dont bother with getting close like those South Beach or paleo diets that are pretty low carb but don't get you into ketosis. You'll just be riding that miserable induction phase the whole time, which means lots of headaches, cravings and bad moods

I do better on low carb, generally speaking. I did well on a more South Beach Diet approach for a trip to Hawaii one time . . . which is low carb but not keto. Little trickier to get dialed in that way as it's not as simple as keto from a foods to eat perspective.
