I wanna be the first to create a new genre of rap called the unconscious mumble rap

I create it by running into a 'new age rap star' and KO him with an overhand right. then put the recorder up to his face and record him mumblin' **** as he's KO'd. then i'll add a track behind it and it lit af fam.

to be honest, i understand why people perceive rap as kids music. it was introduced to the mainstream and marketed to kids. but thats really the way all pop music is. even the Beatles were at one time, pop kids music.

90s rap would be more accurately described as negative poverty music.
