I have only done one legit stim break ever. I went I think 9 days. Goal was one full week of 7 days but it got easier after a few so I waited until I lifted again once I hit 7.

Tapering down so you are't getting 'too much' in a day might be better.

Or try to go a couple days a week on 0 and moderate the others. If you have to have it all the time to function, that's bad, because you aren't getting as much out of it as you would with a lower sensitivity. The less you use, the better it is when you do...

We're supposed to take breaks? I usually stop @ 7 PM and resume @ 6 AM. Hope this helps.

Maybe just try to tone it down a bit then. Just recently picked up some caffeine pills so I don't constantly have to piss, work pretty good.

I usually have 2-4 cups of coffee a day but this past weekend it was more like 2 cups of coffee two caffeine pills and random monsters thrown in. Felt like I should give my body a break after.

Try and taper down. Some people get that painful headache and whatnot.

Bone frog is good, I get free shipping on all quantities at target sports though and the 9mm hst are all $18.39/50 with prime. Gold dot 180 in .40 are same

Those two and SGAmmo are where to look
