I don't see the need for assault if you're not being assaulted. This is clear-cut escalation by the cop. Beating a person serves no purpose here.

??? Like his weak ass take down skills, just because he was unable to connect the hammer fists or apply a real chokehold doesn’t mean he didn’t attempt it.

The real issue here is the chick is going to get rewarded for her trash actions at the expense of tax payers...and the guy will feel some form of financial penalty, either loss of time or lose his job. He fuked up and I’m sure he would handle it differently given another chance.

i think his actions were ridiculous considering this was a stop for a simple alcohol related incident. I honestly, dont know what was going on in the video and wont watch it again, but i can also agree she wasnt complying as the officer needed her last name to write her a ticket? unfortunately, we are required by law to comply .so i gotta say she did this to her self as when she didnt comply she was breaking a more serious law. ****, officers gotta be trained in basic take downs. holy fuk.

Fully agree, the only reason Im focusing on the cops actions here is that it's already been established (and so obvious from the beginning) that this chick was in the wrong from the get go. This was never going to end well for her, and nor should it have, but the actions of our boys in blue need to be analyzed (and criticized when necessary) to ensure the safety of citizens, nah'm'sayin?
