I remember cops kicked the chit out of me when I was 17 years old. Underage drinking and resisting. Such is life. Taught me a lesson to not run or touch cops.
But the officer that punched her should be disciplined. Dude was just being an angry little kunt. Other ways to handle a suspect already on the ground.

Should’ve tased her the instant she became aggressive and resisted and would’ve kept the button down until she was in cuffs. No doubt the first video was doctored up. Do these people not realize most cops are wearing body cams now and normally release the video after the investigation is complete? Unreal how stupid people can be WHEN THEYRE GUILTY.
Cop was a bit edgy though. Maybe it’s necause I saw the other cop video where he was as super nice and even played on that ladies bs.

That being said I have two major problems with this:
1) when are we going to re-write laws so 18 year olds can drink? If alcohol is legal and adult age is 18, it's time to change the laws. Other countries have less alcohol problems because it's overlooked and people learn at a younger age rather than binge the second they are allowed.
2) Cops shouldn't be allowed to use breathalyzers on people not causing any problems. This type of practice disgusts me and people that aren't bothering anyone of course will be outraged and disgusted when approached while not bothering anyone.
point) Was THIS GIRL bothering anyone BEFORE the video? I'm not sure.
counter-point) Do cops walk around and use breathalyzers on people not causing problems? Yes.
While it shouldn't be illegal to use a breathalyzer for some purposes, I would prefer it illegal to use a breathalyzer on someone not causing any disruptions. And though I am absolutely against this type of woman in general, it looks like until they came by to bother her, she likely wasn't causing anyone any problems.

The people ITT saying the cop was using excessive force are probably the same people who say "why didn't the cop aim for the leg" in those shootout videos. It's easy to speculate what the cop should/shouldn't have done after the fact.

A liberal **** with an agenda manipulated a video to try and make police look bad, and this surprises you? It shouldn't. Neither should it surprise you that the barely mentally competent liberal youth of today ate it up like the idiots they are.

Lay hands on a police officer and there is a chance they will subdue you less than gently
Know what solves this whole equation?
Yep... Don't take a swat at the cop in the first place. Sure, he could have been more "gentle," but she brought that on herself. Anyone swings at a cop it is going to go badly...

These aren't full time cops, and the media is exploiting this. They are Class 2 special officers. They go for part time training, can arrest and carry firearms on duty only, and get paid 10 bucks per hour. Her attorney is going after the "lack of training". These beach towns deploy hundreds of these Class 2's on a seasonal basis.

When is she going to be taken to task in the media for calling the cop a "white piece of sh*t"?
Then proceeded to kick and spit at him. Actually looks like a hate crime when you see all the evidence.........

Cuffing a grown adult, female or male, who is actively resisting is harder than you realize. Go show them how to do it more gently if you're the expert. Also, watch the full body cam video showing the whole story, not just the cherry picked feminist SJW extra short version.

When interacting with law enforcement, treat em like dinosaurs in Jurassic Park. If you've done nothing wrong, stay perfectly still and have your hands visible. It helps de-escalate the situation/interaction. Her walking around in circles and running & screaming is NOT how you de-escalate.
Also, don't tell an officer the laws or what they can or cannot do unless they are entirely wrong of course. The less words you say to the officer the better.
All that being said, two haymakers to the head are unwarranted.

That being said I have two major problems with this:
1) when are we going to re-write laws so 18 year olds can drink? If alcohol is legal and adult age is 18, it's time to change the laws. Other countries have less alcohol problems because it's overlooked and people learn at a younger age rather than binge the second they are allowed.

point) Was THIS GIRL bothering anyone BEFORE the video? I'm not sure.
counter-point) Do cops walk around and use breathalyzers on people not causing problems? Yes.
While it shouldn't be illegal to use a breathalyzer for some purposes, I would prefer it illegal to use a breathalyzer on someone not causing any disruptions. And though I am absolutely against this type of woman in general, it looks like until they came by to bother her, she likely wasn't causing anyone any problems.
Was what they did legal? Yes, so they were in the right and she broke the law.
Should this be a legal and continued law enforcement practice? In my opinion, absolutely not.

Was drinking not allowed on the beach? I’ve never seen cops just walk around and harrass ppl with breathalyzers on a beach.
