all this. i've been drunk on the beach with a grocery bag full of empty beer cans at age 19 or 20 and a cop came up whilst i was in the ocean and confiscated my cooler and told some nearby people i could come get it at the station (lmao).

nother time* at a beach where it was illegal to drink i see a very sad lookin young woman get a 500 dollar ticket for havin a 6 pack on the beach. felt turrable for her, she was surrounded by dozens of people drinkin out of solo cups.

Baffled people are claiming the punches were excessive. The officer threw the punches immediately after she started kicking him, as a form of pain compliance (look it up), to keep her from both trying to harm the officer and to stop resisting.. had she not assaulted him, he would not have had to react the way he did.

I'm more shocked and appalled knowing that that piece of trash reproduced more than anything.

As a miscer who is seriously contemplating becoming a police officer, people like this deserve whatever they get. All they have to do is be polite and have some common sense. Instead, they act like stuck up, entitled, bitchy brats and then cry when they get slammed and cuffed.

If a suspect gets punched or whatever, it is what it is. Not saying it's right, cops are only human.. but if she's being that uncooperative, i'm not going to go march and protest for her.

If she had of been sitting, minding her own business and then got sucker punched by a cop.. making her an actual victim, then it'd be different.

Everyone's a victim nowadays, especially young hot women. They're so oppressed, oh no.. a cop wants to talk to you, time to be a smart-ass and show your ass.

The reason why this happens, is because there is no discipline at home.

EDIT: I got pulled over recently, it was cleared up in literally 1 minute and I was free to go. If I had of acted like most people do nowadays, I would've had my commute delayed by 30+ minutes. Just be polite and it will go smoothly.

Used to have an opinion on this, now I have a definite opinion. I had a situation a couple weeks ago where I happened to be driving the exact make/model vehicle of a suspect who had flashed a gun in a neighborhood not too far from my home. I had dozens of cop cars surrounding me, guns drawn, and the full 9 yards (due process) ensued...we're talking full disassembling of car, K9 unit searching the car, etc. In this case, I could have been 'offended' that they thought it was me because it clearly was not me (yes, I'm brown), but I complied 100% because, guess what, I'm not a complete idiot. They were just doing their job and I completely understand. After they realized it was not me, they apologized, let me go obviously and were cool about it, we were all kind of joking around after. I honestly don't think they saw race in the matter, and it didn't even really cross my mind either way. Even though it was an inconvenience to me, I'm glad they were doing their job and I definitely wanted to comply with everything they were asking so they could be on their way as soon as possible to find the real suspect. I now believe 100% that if you are not a sincerely stupid idiot, you will never have an issue with cops, but this is something I've always suspected. Law enforcement is part of our government, I don't get why people feel so entitled to feel 'offended' that these guys have a job to do, and it's largely to protect society.


The only other thing that I'll add to that story is that if you are in a situation where you are not innocent, AND you try to resist, then that just opens up the door for whatever force the police desires. Put it this way, if I ever went off the deep end and absolutely lost my fukking mind, did something illegal, got caught, AND continued to resist and give the cops crap, I would be completely fine with them ending me right then and there. Bottom line is that would never happen because I'm not an entitled, uneducated, complete dumba$$.
