I feel like I've wasted my life

My entire life has been a complete waste of time. I spent my early teen years basically doing nothing except jerking off, horsing around and playing videogames while disregarding social interaction with most people outside of my small social circle while also disregarding any and all females that showed interest in me, which weren't plentiful to begin with. I spent my later teen years as a total shut in basically doing the same thing except being clinically depressed, suicidal, progressively fatter and unhealthier until the age of about 18 when I finally managed to pull myself out of it and go to college.

College was much of the same but worse after my years as a shut in I felt a new untold level of anxiety doing even the smallest of tasks such as talking to people about simple things, never mind talking to females. It was at this point that I became more and more angry at myself for letting myself get to this point. I used that anger to press on and obtain some college education and eventually get a job at age 20 all while pushing through the crippling anxiety..a lot has happened since then but I can't help but feel like I've still wasted my life and my potential.

Now at 25 I've worked several ****ty jobs and even got my own place but the feeling of a wasted life still remains...is this my permanent fate? To be an Incel beta ******* forever? To never know the true meaning of a happy life and just grind by into nothingness?

All I want now is a woman to take interest in me and have a relationship, I feel like that's the final key to unlocking a normal happy life. But how can I obtain that?

Rant Over.

How about you take responsibility for yourself and set some goals *******
It is not so much the major events as the small day-to-day decisions that map the course of our living. . . Our lives are, in reality, the sum total of our seemingly unimportant decisions and of our capacity to live by those decisions. ― Gordon B. Hinckley

So change it now.
Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;
Thus unlamented let me die;
Steal from the world, and not a stone
Tell where I lie.

Already have some goals. Save up 10k and get laid. Get gains too and maybe join the military if I can.

You need someone to write a POF profile for you brah?
"An independent woman is a contradiction in terms. For woman's chief want is to feel that she is wanted. Therefore it is that with women, cruelty is more easily borne than coldness. Indeed, It is astonishing how much downright cruelty a woman will stand from the man she loves or has loved. What women admire is a subtle combination of forcefulness and gentleness. If a woman has to choose between forcefulness and gentleness, always she will sacrifice the latter." - Arnold Haultain

Already tried, I sent over 1000 messages and didn't get a single response. Deleted it a few months after it's creation. There's so many chads on there it's ridiculous.

Fuk the getting laid part...that chit will come in time. It’s overrated anyway and yes, I’ve had a lot in my day.

If you have a goal for money. What are the small goals and how are you going to track it? $10k doesn’t just show up...you have to track it and do it well.

I am tracking it, currently saving around £50 a week by living minimally, already got 3k saved up.

Also easy for you to say when you've had your fair share...

>25 years old

pick ONE

There's nothing anyone in here can tell you that you haven't already heard before. You just need to actually ACT on the advice you read and not just move on disregarding it.

Let's summarize what you can do:
-pick up a new hobby (jiu jitsu/mma, rec basketball, rock climbing, fishing, playing an instrument)
-dedicate to fitness
-meditate regularly
-quit porn
-eat a well balanced diet packed full of vitamins, minerals and phyonutrients
-get adequate sunlight
-be constantly self-aware of your social shortcomings and exercise mental will power to be better
-make major life changes (go to grad school, get additional professional certs, move to a new city, change careers)

Do you own your place? If so make sure to take into account the equity you have paid for.
Hitting money goals = money management skills.
If you want a ferrari though you need to get your income up.

Then what have you wasted? You’re 25. If you’re comparing yourself to others...fuk em. Most people including 90% of the people here are full of chit about their lives, money, success, etc. The life isn’t a race against others, it’s if you find your way...none of that is a waste. If you truly feel you’ve wasted potential then change that.

finding a woman may make life easier but it won't give your life meaning pal. if your life is **** the only thing that will bring you out of the ditch is to become enlightened and fast. learn as much as you can about the world. you may become more depressed as you realise the truths of the world, but if you stick with it you will feel god-like

become enlightened son. that is what you was born to do

I look forward to a killer asteroid hitting the planet and wiping us out every day. It's one of the main reasons I watch the news every morning but I always turn the TV off disappointed.

As much as these thoughts seem like a bummer, they're healthy man. To a point anyway.
You can't listen to the doubt and self-criticism too much. I mean, you know how ridiculously dramatic it sounds right? Writing yourself off completely for the next 60+ years as an "Incel beta *******," whatever that is supposed to be, because you spent your youth being uncertain and naive, when really that's all that anyone does or is supposed to do when they're that age.
Life is one long experiment man, so as long as you are trying things out and giving yourself results to aim for, you will understand that happiness isn't nearly as simple as people make it out to be, only you can define that for yourself.
Which leads me to my next point, you might feel lonely and want companionship, but relying on someone else to bring you happiness is recipe for disaster. It works in the short term, no doubt, sex, hugs, food, more sex, it's all good stuff, until the novelty wears off and you're left looking at yourself in the mirror again when that person isn't around.
You will find someone that will make you happy, but as corny as it is.. the best way to do that is by making yourself happy first.

Don't quit. Your mood will drop to even worse whilst unemployed, trust me. Even Jordan Peterson says if you're unemployed it severely fuks with your sleeping patterns / day cycle etc, because your neuro-transmitters are out of whack. Everyone needs some routine etc.

Second question: are you still living with your parents?

Third and most important question: how much social contact (so not women from work / relatives) are you having with women on a week to week basis?
