I use my bodycam and in car camera to my advantage. Most traffic stops result in a TSS card, but if someone is giving you ****, when they're in the wrong, then you have to write them up.

I love when tbey give you problems, and it turns out they have a warrant, or they're suspended/revoked.

While I totally agree that much of the traffic citation things that police do is just a money making racket, arguing with the cop about it is a huge waste of time.
The sovereign citizen stuff is just plain goofy. And just lol @ 40% of cops beat their wives.

To be fair the guy wasn't arguing anything at first. It was the cop that initiated everything by making up a bunch of BS. IMO.. the cop was acting very dick'ish/superior at the beginning the video especially regarding the intersection/driveway crap. Had he just took the info he was given and handed him the ticket the video would of been a lot shorter.

Of course they should. Speeding in a school zone, doing 90 in 55 etc. etc. Doesn't change the fact that many municipalities rely on funds generated by traffic ticket fines and will have the cops write tickets for things that most would consider 'grey areas'
And don't get me started on the court system racket. The fact is, if I get a ticket for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign, even though I am 100% convinced that I did, it is not worth my money or my time to go to court and try to argue it. I certainly won't make an ass of myself like the dude in the video because like I said, it's a waste of time. That guy obviously has nothing better to do.

So, we have a pedantic guy in a car who interprets 'intersection' like he's in primary school algebra (the intersection point of two lines, etc.), instead of pulling over at the next street (you can see it in the video a few seconds after he's told to pull over at the next intersection).

That alone sets the tone for this video. Then the same moron who prides himself for 'strictly abide by the law', refuses to comply with simple requests (that do not necessarily require a legal basis to uphold), resulting in the escalation of the situation over something trivial, and wasting a law enforcement official's time.

This entire video is basically a fat retard trying to trigger a police officer, and losers in this thread cheering for him don't realize that basically the fat retard in the video is getting negged in real life in the same way as I'm going to neg idiots in this thread cheering for that fat retard.

Out of curiosity - do any of the morons cheering for the fat retard know any law enforcement officials? I mean...seriously.

Don't break the law and there is no problem. If everyone has up to date tags, the cops have no reason to pull you over, slow traffic and clog up the court system. This is not that hard

Yes i know law enforcement. The amount of fuked up chit I've heard being pulled on them and them on people is absurd. The video recently from Arizona with the man getting beat by 4 cops didn't surprise me at all. I've heard similar stories from cops i know. It's bums, minorities, druggies, lowlifes, etc that i typically hear getting this special treatment. Some deservedly... some not.

We've had a 14 mile section of highway under construction for at least a decade now that they've spent billions on ... and has bankrupted once. Brb ... Because cops spend their time routinely accusing people of speeding when they were not?

Take both of your hands - on one hand count the number of people you have ever known who said a cop gave them a speeding ticket when they weren't speeding. Right, now let's go through another example: a vast minority of cops are found to be abusive (of their power in different ways), and the average citizen is using cases like this to extrapolate to all law enforcement. That's the mistake. Then the extrapolation is used by people, e.g., that fat retard in the video in the OP, who are only pseudo eloquent (which is why he had to have his speaking notes written down on a sheet in a plastic cover) trying to champion the 'failure of the police force'. Instead, they are just an irritant for law enforcement officials.
