Who tf is defending his actions? Everyone here saying their condolences knows he had a shady past, but was actively trying to make up for it with his multiple charities and new mindset. You can't change your past, but you can definitely work towards a better future - which is what he was trying to do.

I'm angry at miscers celebrating a MURDER as if it's somehow justified.

Not at all. Not even a little lmao. Read my comments on the previous page.

tl:dr these kids aren't introducing anything new. The violence, materialism, and drug culture has been in rap music since the 90's.

Are today's fads new? Absolutely, but let's not act like the world is going to **** all of the sudden because the drug of choice has changed and kids decide to get face tattoos instead of gang tats.

lol @ defending evil people and criminals just because you enjoy their musical or artistic talents.

I guess you would easily forgive rapists and murderers if they came up with hit songs for you to dance to.

You don't need to be swayed to like him at all. You don't even have to care that he's dead. You should, however, be disgusted by the miscers actively celebrating that he's been murdered.

Where was I defending his actions? All I said that he was never charged for assaulting his gf, only for a previous assault and armed robbery. And that he was actively trying to change his life for the better.

But even then, that doesn't mean he deserved to get murdered.

Had to look him up and recognized him as the alien looking dude. it seemed like he was trying to get his life back on track. Did he ever get convicted of any if the charges?

Sad people on the internet have to be so disrespectful to people they dont even know. Guess its the world we live in today.

Good
"XXXTenatcion has made headlines not only for his successes but also for a string of legal problems stemming from a 2016 domestic violence arrest.

The rapper, accused of beating his pregnant girlfriend, was slapped with 15 new felony charges in December, including witness tampering and witness harassment."

Only for his assault and robbery charges in 2016. He was never officially sentenced or really charged for assaulting his gf. They had to separate certain trials because of insufficient evidence.

I'm just searching for concrete evidence that he was truly changing for the better, I've seen too much evil from this kid to condole with him.

Some of these people are celebrating for a reason - nobody wants someone that is such a negative effect on society (with such strong influence) in their lives.

LOL @ calling yourself a true hip hop fan and listening to this trash.

I hate to see someone die at such a young age but breh... that’s the problem with society. Literal trash being thrown into the spotlight, being handed fame and fortune and for what? Our youth... the upcoming generations idolizing ppl like this and filling their head with garbage and then ppl act shocked that our youth are acting the way they are and wonder why society is in such a chit shape.

You wanna know what produces little disrespectful gremlins like the cash me outside girl, lil Tay, etc? So-called “artists” like this... cuz that’s the trash our youth are bumping these days

Music is a huge influence and everyone that supports trash like this is part of the freakin problem.

You want an example of real talent in the rap game?

NF is a rapper that’s a prime example.

Feel awful for the family and like I said... hate to see someone lose their life at such a young age, but those are some cold hard facts right there

This was a good watch, my gut instinct tells me he's actually smarter than I was led to believe also.

The kid talks about wanting to be a positive role model, but his actions showed different. If I saw more videos like this I'd be a lot more supportive.

This is why I admire rappers like J cole and Drake, they don't display any sort of aggressive, ratchet, low-life behavior. The culture needs more people like them and less like this
