Working on it, but the older i get the less motivated i am to reach that higher level of physique/strength. I just dont have the same drive i did when i was 16-21 for lifting. Back then i trained probably 6-7hrs a week now its 2-2.5hrs lol, i should mention my arms hold very little fat and get absurdly vascular and lean before anything else. I dont have visible abs right now besides the top 2 lol

I started weight training at 27 to keep from getting a 'beer' gut and for fun. I started competing at 58. my goal was to win the Masters Over 60 Bodybuilding. I accomplished that goal at 61.
My shoulders hold little fat. I have striations on them even when I'm 'fat'. My shoulders are the first body part to acquire The Shredz when I cut weight.

I reach 7-8% fairly easily by eating one meal a day at about a 500 calorie surplus for 6 training days a week, and then fasting through my rest day. 3000 calorie surplus throughout training days, and 3500 calorie deficit (maintenance around 3.5k) in the fasted window, adjusting surplus on training days if maintaining. You need to experiment to find out what works for you. I don't think getting lean is that hard up until a certain point, maintaining it is a lot harder. How you get that lean brah

Need a guide on this (srs), because I always look 10+ lb smaller in pics than IRL. No pump + chitty lighting + no flex is probably most of it.

The key to achieving a similar look is to get close to a mirror of some sort and have as little points of reference as possible. Do a side twist and make sure you’re pumped. Flex hard and take as many pics until the right one comes out.
With my avi I had my little brother take the pic along with extremely good downlighting. Having those extra shadows allow your muscles to pop. For the most part I look like my above pics on a day to day basis.
In my avi I was much lower bf% though. Having a low bf% does make your muscle bellies pop... at the right time of the day. For the most part I was flat as a noodle back then and only got that pumped after eating all my meals for the day and after the gym

In terms of actual lifting aesthetics I'd say Greg90210, but would have to see a pic w/o posing to know for sure.
