Being attractive and fit later in life is funny

I am in my mid to late 30s and most people my age are disgusting, everyone's girlfriends and wives constantly eye fawking me, some just flat out flirt in front of their fat men, it's uncomfortable. But I dunno how some people just let themselves go.

True. I'm not jacked and no one is really eye fukin me persay as I'm just getting back into shape after quite a few years of self-neglect but most people my age if they aren't skinny fat they are obese. most people don't do any cardio, not even a few pushups or pullups man it's like dayum. maybe a few days a year after new years as a resolution.

I'm 37 and my friends are married with kids...needless to say, they look like dog turds. It pisses me off when they say 'you can stay in shape because you're not married/kids etc'...fuking coping for their utter laziness

Dude most people look horrible. Everyone over 30 looks much older than they are and have horrible skin. They are also overweight or obese or have horrible posture. The average human body is pretty groce if you ask me. If you don't lift and have a decent diet your tour is over.

you call it disgusting, i call it being supremely confident

these guys just aren't insecure enough to start exercising/lifting because they have a nice loving wife and beautiful kids at home waiting for them but go on keep thinking you're better

and btw wht you're interpretting as 'flirting' is jusy pity attention because they feel sorry for you being in your 30s and still trying to keep up the vanity

Wait until you are actually older.

I used to be a lot heavier than I am today (263 vs. 210) and look a lot better than most men my age IMO. I don't lift but I walk a fukton each week. Diet is meh so I guess I could look a lot better.

A lot of older guys and women look more aged due to the stress of family life and children I believe. Also it is funny how cubicle warriors can be so fat, probably diabetic, and will go have a smoke on a break.

30 is not late in life though. I know to the 19 year old people here it is but we can talk when you're 60.

Cope on a rope. You have time for what matters to you. Maybe it doesn't matter to you and maybe that's fine, but if you wanted it you'd get it done.

I have a kid with #2 on the way, I work out 3/4 days a week and keep active in general.

Yeah I'm a dad and i think it's a badge of honor to not let parenthood be an excuse. In fact my goal is to continuously crush the Young bucks with my kid at my side

It will also help my goal of wanting to keep up with my kids as I age

Cope. Most people can't even walk straight here in Missouri and are overweight or obese. A lot of people are just under obese standards. Obesity could very well be 40%+ here soon. There is nothing hard about being an active person and just eating decent.

Maybe the midwest is a little different than where you live but it is really sad here.

You can hardly say this though with the amount of daily excuses you use to not workout.

30s isn’t old. But this is why I 100% check out men who are in their 40s and still look better than most men in their 20s. Also the reason why I won’t date anyone who doesn’t lift and has something to show for it. People who aren’t lifting and fit in their 20s or 30s are unlikely to pick it up later, it happens, but very rarely. Some people think it’s vain and shallow, but really do you want to marry someone when you know that most likely they will gain 20-30 lb of pure fat, and you’ll become unattracted to them?

I don’t even think women have the excuse to not get back in shape after pregnancy (unless you had abdominal muscle split like my aunt, then you look pregnant forever bc your abdomen is now permanently in a stretched state). Let alone men. People who don’t have strong will power and commitment make excuses like this.

Props for you for staying in shape despite having had kids. I’m semi terrified of getting pregnant because I think it’s going absolutely wreck my body, not even just the weight gain, but stretch marks, boobs will never be quite the same, possibility of abdominal muscle tearing, pelvic floor muscle tearing. Those things are basically completely out of our control.
They said she's gone too far this time

Obesity is inversely associated with income.

If you find yourself comparing yourself to obese people, might be time to consider moving out of the ghetto.

I agree. We’re a lazy nation. I play softball with so many overweight gals in their 20’s and 30’s. Just haggard looking as well.
I’ll be 52 this fall, and they can’t hold a stick to me.

Yes, but most men on here value women solely for their physical attractiveness.
So if a woman know's that's her main value trait and she lets it go... kind of weird.
