What should they wear? Leggings and tank top seems reasonable.

I've always worn capris and tank tops to the gym. I don't wear shorts to the gym even in the summer.

Sorry guys but not every woman is going to the gym for the D or to pull some gym rat LOL, and like I said sure a small percentage of people go to the gym for that, men and women and they are f**king annoying, like those who sit on gym equipment on god dam phones doing feck all, but if you look around at those who are slogging their guts out are not giving two sh*ts they are focused on themselves and the goals they want to achieve.

I wear leggings because they are comfortable and I don't have to shave my legs every freaking day... Didn't know they were considered 'slooty' by some people. I wear joggers too, but good ones are hard to find, whereas leggings are everywhere.

I'd say some women do dress for attention, but most just want to workout in something comfortable and on trend.

they wear those high waisted leggings because it evenly distributes fat around their mid section instead of their belly's overflowing as it would if wearing a tight belt at normal height

they also wear leggings because it basically auto tones their body to give the imitation of them looking fit

this works really well to, you ever walk in a store and see the back of a girl being like god damn she fine then she turn around and its like a lady in her 50's lol, want to neck myself right then and there

they wear the hat so they dont get bothered

its basically a recipe so that they ONLY get attention while signaling don't approach me
