I guess the rumor that the kids can't swim is not true. There was a guy doing an ama on Reddit yesterday and he said for some reason the international media wasn't reporting that and just sticking with the story that they couldn't swim.

It sounds like pretty much every year the soccer team goes down there to write their names on the wall. Hopefully when this is all done they either blast the cave entrance to make that impossible or have them go down much earlier next year.

Yes but now we live in an outrage culture. Maybe being in that country would shield him, who knows, but in america people get death threats for refusing to bake cake, so I have to imagine a lot of that lunatic army will pressure him.

Everyone jumping on Donald,s nuts, wtf? All he said was that the us govt is working closely with govt of Thailand to get the kids out, and that some of the people (presumably of the govt of Thailand) are very brave and talented. I see nothing wrong with this statement...

I called out someone on Reddit after they said something about the us govt not doing anything to help. Basically said "if Trump would have tweeted that they were helping people would be mad. He doesn't tweet anything and now they are still mad.. make up your mind".. I obviously got down voted. I'm pretty much a red on there since I always call people out for their stupidity.

Well like i said. Is it so hard because the gear would get stuck or because its just a narrow space upward? If they were able to spike a rope in the rock (if thats possible and the rock could hold it) where theyre able to stand, the kids would be able to grab the rope and navigate closer to the rock below them so they dont get stuck

But ive seen that 4 from the group have already come out, so apparently theyre doing something right

IDK about that submarine...it is rigid, and some of the passages may be too narrow to accomodate turns. It was still great of him and his company to contribute something to the effort though.

Been a while now they should be otw back soon. I read they've sent in more rescuers than phase 1, wonder if they learned more would be useful or if they're gonna try to get more or all of them out in this phase.
