I know I should mind my own business but I cringe everytime I see it.
The dude is always a complete DYEL ******* doing some poverty exercices and his gf who is usually 2 points in looks above him just walks around in her full gymshark thot outfit doing booty exercices. And as if the guy is not embarassing himself enough, I often see the chick checking me and other dudes out as if to cuck him right then and there. After their hard crosschit workout of doing squats on a balance board they have to snap a #couplesgoals pic for instagram.
Brb the only place you get to escape the bs of everyday life and lift heavy and see your gym buddies but instead you get to lfit with your intrusive clingy gf who feels the need to be with you 24/7.

I Crossfit with couples. And they're non-cringy. Most don't even talk to each other until after the workout is complete. No PDAs too. It's actually refreshing to see.

The last time I encountered some #CouplesWorkout at the gym the two fuknuts decided to move benches and equipment around to set up their ****gy couple's circuit. As soon as they were done setting it all up.... they left. No exercise was done that day. I hope they contract a disease for which there is no cure.

I usually go to my gym on my own. Saturday is the only time I go to his gym with him. Work out separately unless I need him to spot me. I am zero help spotting him though. That or if some guy comes over to chat me up, then my bf would come over to rescue me.
I’ve only seen one couple at my gym so far and guy was hotter than the girl, they were recording all kinds of little clips for IG though. Kind of annoying having to make sure I’m not in the background of any shot.
