I stopped reading the OP at the line I quoted. I don’t even know the situation...the fact is when you start worrying people in public or at the gym on that level...the problem is you. And I didn’t read the replies ITT and don’t give a fuk what “the masses have to say”.

its because most guys go full retard mode when they get a Gf and lift 2 days a week and eat like **** because they get the mentality of " well now I got her I dont have to try so hard"

I take girls I date to the gym mostly because I will only date girls who lift now after having a couple relationships fail solely because they couldnt take the lifestyle. Luckily I am always one of if not the biggest guy in the gym and the girl can hang, with less weight of course and aint doing no squats/deads/bench with any girl because my working sets are pretty much world record female lift numbers.
