This dude blew up and made wayyy more $$ because he was with her. This was a mutual thing as she had more $$ than dude when they first met. She came across as pretty genuine and decided to uproot her life from Mexico to America for the guy. She probably got lonely, homesick, and got a much better opportunity at Univision for her career and brand. She thought that because she moved across the country for this guy, that he would make more of an effort to do the same and he wasn't down at all.

From outside perspective looks like she got burned and he was just using COD as an excuse.

Although, he was never a remarkable CoD pro. He's always been like good enough to place top8 but never good enough to win the big money. And I doubt that changes. Doesn't really matter though because he isn't playing CoD for the $. His YT channel will provide everything he needs and more.

Yeah, tournament winnings are only a part of his income stream. Probably not even the largest part. These guys make money via sponsorship, team salary, streaming donations, merchandise, appearance fees, etc. If his tournament winnings last year were $50K, that probably means he made 10x that amount (at least).

Im convinced that the whole relationship was a setup.
Story was that he made it his quest in his youtube videos to meet his crush (said girl) flying over and getting to know her. All worked out and suddenly they are in a relationship making videos together.
Now he leaves her because of more CoD and she twitters "heartbroken((" like a retarted 13 year old. Yea right.

This is the same guy that ratted out SSSniperwolf for trying to cheat on her boyfriend, while being on good terms with her prior, so I doubt he'd go that beta and not rat Yanet out, unless more information develops. I think it's obvious she prioritized her career over him, had him following her around all the time, and he just got tired of it. Banged her enough times and got bored, and would rather just be a nerd again. Some dudes do get like that, but I also wouldn't doubt them flirting with other people, and using the publicity stunt to maximize views/profits played a factor as well.
