I don't care about race issues. One bit. I'm the wrong person for that. I get called an Uncle Tom by black people. I will state again, because the difference is important. I'm not bothered. Pretty white girl syndrome is a thing and that is fine. I don't see a need to try and remove it or want to protest or anything like that. Is what it is. Human beings are tribal and care about their own. That is perfectly normal. To try and change or fix that is dumb.

Typically when someone gets killed and a suspect is either arrested or dead, the news cycle is going to be fairly short. No mystery or intrigue involved. There is a huge curiosity factor in cases like the OP posted.

Apparently she was a clockwork runner, running the same paths all the time, someone was probably stalking her, they found her watch destroyed along the side of the road. Some sick fuk planned it all out, more than likely too late to do anything about it now.

You know what's really sad and deeply troubling about this?

People go missing everyday. Their bodies are never found. Nothing is known about what happened to them. You know that that ****ed up sht you see in movies where people torture people in their basements and keep them hostage? Those ideas come from real people. Real people who have done things like this. And the saddest part of all of this is that some people never get caught and their crimes never get revealed. This could happen to your mother, your sister, your girlfriend, or even worse, you.
