People tend to not think clearly when they are angry, so even though anyone can get to a video record on their phone in about 3-4 seconds--don't even need to unlock your phone--people still just act out on impulse. I will say though, someone may secretly try record you in another environment, so you have to definitely have your guard up to avoid being baited.

went to the police station and filed an assault charge, they are investigating to find his name, adress, all the good stuff, then they will arrest him and well go to court. If he goes near me after they release him before the court date, i can call the police and hes going to jail. Making sure a retard like him doesnt breaks someone else's back, I was lucky enough he kicked me in the nuts first.

On the video: that lunatic crosses into that part of the gym from another part - you can see him walking through a doorway first. He was deliberately trying to get at someone for deadlifting - regardless of how he was lowering the weight.

TFW the kid says "luckily he kicked me in the nuts first" - I mean, I hope that guy is: (i) banned for the gym; (ii) charged and convicted of assault; and therefore (iii) has this on his police record and potentially influence his current career status. That guys is a tremendously insecure ******* who has no business being in a gym.

I once got thrown out of a gym for making a noise with farmers walk implements but at least he didnt rip them out of my fkin hands

I have yet to witness the full extent of my temper, but pretty sure this qualifies as testing it, if not shattering it.

Amusingly, I actually keep a sub compact pistol near me, just in case something weird happens - even at the gym (pretty consistent about keeping it with me too). I think ideally, keeping a cool head, drawing the pistol out while standing your ground, might be the most effective solution here (while calling the police).

If someone is willing to mess with your heavy workout while hitting you in the nuts (and pushing you around after exerting yourself), that's just showing you can't 'trust' that guy in a fist fight. He's gone and done past the gentleman's game.

Me personally would be gassed out after that set. Hard to do chit in that exact moment.

Also there's a heavy bag in my gym that I smash 2x a week. Figure out for OCD people that might be more annoying than deadlidting in that manner. Actually surprised no one has even complained to me. Must be one angry man to attack me like in the vid though as I'm smashing the bag though lmao
