I've a few female relatives that were married in the 50s. It was a different age and not at all like what your describing. Typically a guy in his mid 20s married a female that was 14-16 years old. Immediately began having children/starting a family. Female stayed dependent on the male and was only a home-maker. Believed that staying loyal/serving their husband and taking care of their family was the most important thing. Even if their husband started running around on them with other women on the side they didn't start schit over it. Etc. They 100% believed their place was as a helper to their husband. None of that strong independent woman that don't need no man line of thinking. Perhaps it was just cultural to my area.





Assuming I met someone that was like my mom was when I was a kid I'd consider. Wake up in the morning before me and cook breakfast. Pack a lil ice chest with drinks/snacks to bring to work. Pay bills/run errands in morning. Cooks lunch that's ready at noon and delivered to me if I can't go home to eat. Does laundry/cleans house/mows the lawn/take care of landscaping in afternoon. Cooks a fresh supper. Cleans dishes/kitchen after every meal, etc. Waits on me in the sense that fixes all food/meals and brings it to me. Brings me something to drink whenever I wanted. Etc.




TBH it would probably be worth the loss income to have someone doing yard work 2x per week. Cleaning the house and mopping the floors daily. Grocery shopping + Cooking 3 different meals per day + cleaning the kitchen and dishes. It would cost a fortune to hire someone to do all that.

There is simply no way to prove your statement. There hasn’t been a guy clicking a counter every time someone killed/died in the name of either religion.

What we do know is that the Muslim religions extremist are still racking up body counts at an unbelievable rate while the Christians body count pretty much stopped a long time ago.

Christianity as we know it is twice the age of Islam, if Islam stops being violent in 100 years, they will have stopped 900 years sooner than Christianity did.

The bolded part is my point, it's hypocritical to say look at Christianity today, and compare it to Islam and say Christianity is not violent. People are still being burned as witches in the name of Christianity today.

Christ said not to murder anybody. If you murder, you are apart from Christ.

People who say they are christian and murder people, are not christian. It's simple to understand. But you, don't understand. So I assume that if a child tells you that they are an adult and to let them drive your car, you probably would.

Just keep the conversation simple and explain why you hate Christ so much. It makes things go faster and then we can go back to the original conversation about 1950s women.

I think looking after the home and the family is good and important work. It comes very naturally to me, and I don't feel oppressed. Especially cooking - it's a way to nurture the people I love. I would have loved to have been a full-time wife and mother, run the household with military precision, have a place for everything and everything in its place, to can my own fruits and vegetables, to be more active in the community. When I "retire" I will work part-time so that I can do this.

And I don't think I am alone or rare - there are countless food and beauty and lifestyle bloggers out there with millions of followers. I really want to blog, but I'm too chicken.

Listening is an important part of our relationship. "How was your day?" usually solicits a good conversation rather than a one-word answer. We talk about our goals and we support and encourage each other. I have a really awesome guy and I don't for a minute take him for granted.
He is a lucky man, and I am sure this helps motivate him to be good to you.

Semantics, killing the whole world because you're butt hurt is not lawful, even the animals, just because they're not worshiping you just right? How come god displays the same emotions as a 13 year old girl?
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
