I'm a supply chain manager right now and enjoy it. The only option I'm pursuing currently, is property flipping. I've currently got 3-4 people looking to invest with me, so any free time I have is spent reaching out to bandit signs and skimming mls/craigslist/zillow/etc for property deals.
