To be a good husband to my fiancé, and also a good dad one day. And to just be able to enjoy life and have some form of financial freedom.

How did you find the Misc?
Googling some different exercises. Joined the site for ordering supplements and the exercise forum...stumbled on the Misc and haven't been the same since.




I started doing the ATQ thread's in v2 I believe, does this make me an OG?

I recommend NASM. Check them out as far as the CPT goes.

There's a local surfer/Hawaiian themed restaurant near my house. Everything there is awesome. I'm cool with all the employees and the food is fantastic.

I do extended planks, but have never done a pushup that way. Will attempt this afternoon and report back with results.
