It really is a good idea. You'll know who the diks are before having to find out the hard way. The only part I didn't like is the part about buying too many video games, even though I don't play video games. Sounds like they will use it as a tool for social engineering. Yeah but just like on the misc, groups of high rep nut huggers form after time and literally abuse the system. It turns into a super bad thing srs. The cons outweigh the pros in reality.

basically, they are forcing quality management on their people as if they were cattle/property. with the exception that not their work performance but their life as a whole is monitored and evaluated ... and they can't quit.

This would prevent a lot of crazy *******s from shooting up schools here in the US. We all know there are warning signs before these things happen.

Iโ€™d rather have people get negged for being the *******s they are than the government banning guns.
