He's done a ton for the fitness community. Not just modding bb.com lmao

My go-tos for information/advice when I was starting was Lyle McDonald, Layne Norton, Eric Helms and Alan Aragon because I knew they were science based.

Layne has let me down with his shenanigans, now Alan, though we don't know the full extent yet.
