For homeowners; are you meticulous about your landscaping?
I'm streaky with my landscaping. One year I'm getting an A+ and others I'm scraping by with a D. I traveled so much until this year it was hard to keep it going and a really hot and dry summer set me behind quite a bit. Next house will hopefully be spot on as it's a stop gap house for us(I'm going to build as much equity as I can in 2-3 years)- before building the one we really want.


What was the last kids sporting event you went to? Just left my 4 year olds soccer game and it was 11/10 entertainment.

Snakes. came across a copperhead. Wasnt really negative but it surprised and scared the chit out of me. Cut his head off with a shovel and all was good with the world again. Never really had anything wild chase me or anything crazy.
