Possibly my new hedge trimmer. It's a Porsche of a piece of garden equipment - probably works too well for what I need. I'll use it twice a year - fifteen minutes each time.

Usually, but being married contaminates measurables. Sometimes women feel more comfortable being friendly with you because you’re seen as no threat. Others only like the challenge and aren’t actually interested. The good news is that I don’t have to worry about which is which anymore.

Yep. Used to do 5 sets of them after my warmups. Love the pump they give you. For a while, I'd do 20 and then catch my breath while standing with the weight, then go for ten more. Intense.

Something I was just shown last week: sit on a flat bench with an empty bar on your shoulders. Feet directly under the hips, knees spread as far apart as possible. Bend all the way forward at the waist while keeping a neutral spine, hold for 15-20 seconds. Repeat several times.

It’s great for opening up the hips before a squat session.
