Have you ever experienced tendinitis? (FYI-it sucks)
Will try that stretch, sounds great.

Nothing bad enough to prevent me from doing things.

Either binge watch shows I have missed if I'm being lazy or run races if not.

What's your most embarrassing guilty pleasure, e.g. a singer most people think is awful?
Currently: Marathon training (Run with Hal - Advanced I); The Work/Body Beast hybrid

Next race: Ohio 10K - September 12, 2021

I do them 10 minutes at a time. Never tried going over, but sure I could.

Learn from it and move on.

Do you actively try to make friends or do people try to make friends with you instead?

Both. I'm really social, but I'm stand offish when I meet people. If I'm not fond of you, it's pretty easy to see. If I like you after 20 minutes, it's like I've known you for 20 years.

What's a cool technology coming out soon, that you're looking forward to?

I would say the Note 9, I might actually pay monthly just to get it. My Note 4 is still going strong but it's starting to run out of space.

Labour Day is 1/11/18 here in Skippyland. Go for a drive, build a model, plan a trip overseas.

Nursed a hangover until noon then survived a pool party until 3:30 before dipping out to "go feed the puppy."

@AR "Your eyes are now death rays. What have you just destroyed/who have you killed?"

Destroyed: a convenience store on my way to work with the worst service of all time
Killed: The convenience store clerks who move unapologetically slow

I've been "reading"my ownbook for three months now. I read a few pages here and there. But, I read kids books almost daily. I love the snuggle time and how they love the sound effects I add in. Besides TV/Tablet time, it's the only time I can get the two of them to sit in a room together and not fight or make a ton of obnoxious noise.

If you leave a water bottle at your desk overnight, will you open and drink it the next day?

I've had platinum/spire status with IHG (Holiday Inn) for over a decade. I considered switching to Marriott once, but they wouldn't match my status and I wasn't about to start over. I stay in the same places when I return somewhere and have come to know the areas where I stay; restaurants, gyms, etc. They treat me well and have frequent point bonuses so I get crazy amounts of points every year as I average 65-75 nights in a hotel.

I live a short ride north of where these are built... I also did four of those push ups.

I hardly drink milk. My guts have appreciated it.

I'm quite sure that I would never be accused of being either, but if I had to pick, I'd say a sprinter only because I don't enjoy running and want to get it done with ASAP.

I love Philly - its got urban grit, history, great food, genuine people - if I was younger I'd consider living there. San Diego is a great city in its own right too.
