Welp I had a dislocated Facet joint in my neck. My doctor barely put his hand on my neck before he started saying “this is bad—this is really bad” he had his receptionist set up an appointment with a chiropractor that took me in almost immediately.

Now with several back and neck adjustments, a deep muscle massage and some sort of electrical stimulation I’m only out $78 and I already feel 10 times better.

My regular doctor prescribed something for muscle spasms but the chiropractor said I wouldn’t need to take it if I go home lay down stop trying to push myself through the pain and let everything will heal.

What did you do to dislocate your neck exactly? Sounded fcked when you said it was hot to the touch.

Not only did he refer me he had his receptionist call while I was still in his office and make an immediate appointment. I’m not surprised this doctor referred me to a chiropractor. He’s not a typical doctor.

I’m not 100% but I’m pretty convinced it happen Monday morning while I was squatting. I normally don’t squat because I just can’t get my back and knees in a good position.

Start with front squats, hold a 25lb plate to your chest (if there is room). It helps keep your back straight and build muscle memory for back squats/ saves your neck.
