I bought a pair of Nike Zoom Air cross trainers a couple months ago and they're super comfortable. I've purchased a few different versions of the shoe in the last couple years, so I'd stick with it.

All the time. It's rare when I wake up feeling tired. I also go to bed at like 9:30 pm though.

put a small piece in my mouth and sample it. If it tastes good, then I'll eat it. Throw it away otherwise.

I had a 1 hour meeting run almost 2 hour. Followed that with a lunch for a coworkers departure. By the time we got back to the office I couldn't make time to split down to the gym.

I think it depends on the the personality of the person and if they're a good fit for the job than the race. Anyone can underperform regardless of race.

A handful do, but they usually quit coming after a while. There is some occasional small talk but it isn't a fancy, big box, gym so most of people there are there to work.
