lol at the people siding with serena stating mcenroe as an example trying to turn this in to a sexism debate. mcenroe complained and threw tantrums because of linesman decisions and umpire overrules in a pre technology era, which then resulted in further penalties because of the outbursts.

serena was complaining because she was penalised for receiving coaching when it was against the rules to do so - she had already been destroyed in the first set by this point.

this isnt a sexism debate, its an athlete who is not in her prime and can no longer beat the best of the rest playing at 60% acting like a brat

Realistically, the ref should've gave serena the win for the entire match because she's black and her grand grand grand parents may have been slaves. So it's racist to uphold the actual rules to the game because those should only apply to non blacks. And since her oponent was asian, she should require to score more than 2 sets to win the match, just like harvard forcing asians to have higher SAT scores than blacks. It's only fair.
