Women don't care about how much you ego-lift (srs)

Congrats Carl, you pulled 7 plates on deadlift but look like you eat pizza and wings every day for lunch.

> inb4 OP is mad / jealous

No *******s, many Carls will boast how much weight they lift and don't realize women couldn't care less about that. Yet I see these disgusting looking fuks happy and bragging that they squat a pickup truck. That's great, you look like a pile of bubblegum, congratulations on the high blood pressure and CHIT lifestyle.

I agree. I don't get why so many fat people lift weights and try to lift weights as much as possible. Who cares?

Now between you and me, I see many Trump supporting chucks with 20%+ bodyfat who can lift a lot, but they look like sh!t. Who cares? In the end most of these chubby, redneck, Trump supporters spend most of their time bashing Muslims,Syrians, Clinton or blacks online because their girl cheated on them with Tyrone so they have too much time on their hands.

to sum it up: Don't work hard, work SMART. Try to get a good combo of fat/muscle to reach your goal. Anyone can be obese and strong, but few have a low BF and still maintain lots of strength. Try to be in the middle.

Not saying everyone does. What's their point of going to the gym then if their body doesn't reflect the hard work?

If i trained legs i'd be like 190, maybe 195 i'm guessing, you have to make adjustments for my tiny infant legs. If I do one day hit 200lbs it's going to be all upper body and i'll look like a freak, it already looks unbalanced.

Its true but 99% of people who lift to get massively strong don't do it to pick up women, figuratively speaking.

I put on 12lbs after hitting legs hard. Made the mistake of training legs very minimally for the first 2.5 years of lifting. Should be hitting them whenever they aren't sore dude.

Some people just wanna be strong like bull. I don't think anyone is trying to not gain muscle, just that some want to be leaner than others. Plenty of strong lean guys these days also.

Again what's the point in going to the gym if you aren't improving your physique. Great you can lift heavy. Doesn't show.

ITT OP doesn't realize powerlifting has weight classes. You don't have to gain a bunch of weight to be good at it. Googled it and the smallest weight class is 123 lbs.

I only work out 2 days a week to maximize degenerate lifestyle. I have no time for legs.

I do look unbalanced as hell though, like larry lobster from Spongebob. I keep getting bigger and i'm not even trying, I might be forced into doing legs or look like a freak.

BRB 16 inch arms

BRB arms bigger then legs.

I just dropped 18 lbs and look bigger now at 190 than i did at 209 lol. Lifting is all about being lean and creating an illusion that you are bigger than you actually are.

I bench 120lbs for 30. Don't care about going any higher weight, just add more reps. My gf wants me to stop cuz my chest is getting too big. Lifting heavy is for neanderthals
