Nothing's going to happen. Yeah you'll see some strong winds and rainfall but 99% of areas won't be damaged. Just another hurricane that's being overblown by the media.

So let me get this straight. Municipalities that are within a direct hit of the hurricane cut all utilities? Meaning, people who stay behind will have no electric, water or sewer services. They won't have access to this until everything is fixed (power lines, sewer mains, water lines).
