Just lol at narcissistic twink in the gym

This Indian manlet, just lmfao, constantly fixing his hair, admiring himself and flexing his tiny biceps in the mirror. Lifted up his tank and all I saw was a little pot belly. Dude is a legit 4/10 and is walking around the gym as if heโ€™s Brad Pitt.

And ye I know I sound like a dik right now, but this arrogant toolbag deserves it. Itโ€™s so comical, wish I could take a pic. Is this a mental disorder?

Be thankful he didn't grab you by the hand and walk you through the entire gym asking about all the equipment and what it's used for? Just happened to me a couple weeks ago on leg day...

Maybe you can learn a thing or two from him. For instance he doesn't need to be sliced and diced and jacked up like you to feel confident or to love himself or his progress.

Try to see the positive instead of bringing him and yourself down over something laughable. If you do, you lose m8.

I had that happen before. Indian dude came up to me and asked how he could get in shape. I told him it would take me hours to walk through and he should get a PT. Gave him 30 seconds of advice and got back to my workout.

Happy to answer a specific question, but come on. At least I directed him to a trainer.

No joke I went to the gym awhile back where some group of about 3 Indians came in and they reeked of the food they cooked earlier. The whole place stunk in <15 minutes.

I don't really care what people do in the gym often but there's this one old guy at my gym, I am talking like 55+ years old and every time I go there in the corner of my eye I see him flexing in the mirror and taking pictures 90% of the time he spends there.

I felt bad because he was new and our gym doesn't have trainers. I was patient and tried to help but it was a late night and I was tired.

\So freaking what boyo, he may or may not be deluded. Point is he's having a good time, he doesn't have such high requirements you have when it comes to meeting standards.

If it really pisses you off so much then go confront him about his behaviour, do it subtly with a joke or a remark, see if you can open up a dialogue instead of ****talking him behind his back.
