Thinking that having a lot of money at your disposal will automatically make girls flock to you is a somewhat Elliot Roger'esque mentality. Its not all about material worth.

I am still virgin at 36 and have never had gf, or dated at all.

Luckily however, my family never mention this or ask me about it and let me get on with life. I have several lifelong FA bachelors in my extended family (mother's side) so my situation is nothing new. Its only when I get involved with any new group of people (which is very rare) where my absence of sex life may be called into question.

Pretty much this. Even though I have no experience in this field, I believe that if you got a gf and she saw quite quickly that you had ZERO social life, its likely to be a red flag unless she was very understanding. Alot of girls seem to look forward to meeting all of their bf's friends.

I just tell the truth if asked about gf or being unmarried. I don't really have anything to hide or be ashamed of. Usually no-one pushes me for further info when I let the truth loose. It is what it is.

Plus so many people are long term single/alone these days so its hardly a huge deal.
