You’re suppose to find an equal that challenges you in a relationship. There’s no challenge when talking to an 18 year old. Too tyrannical. There’s a reason people are having visceral reactions to it. Like if you’re 40, I’d think there’s something wrong with you talking to chicks in their early 20s.
I like the general rule of divide your age by 2 and add 7. That’s the minimum age. But even at the lower end it’s weird unless she’s old enough to drink.

Drake is such a fuking poosy hole, look at the body language in the pic in the OP. He's leaning way over to put his face up against hers while she's leaning backward to avoid too much contact. Drake somehow manages to be a rich, world famous rapper and also a complete wet blanket, the bish in the relationship who gives her all the power.

The whiteknighting on social media is beyond infuriating holy chit. Me m8 told me about this yesterday about how absurd social media is about this and the whiteknighting that's happening. The only ones that seem to have an issue with this are men and 40 year old women past their prime.
Were not talking about a 14 year old, or even a 16 year old. Shes fuking 18. Some parts of the world legal age of consent is 16, some are 14. I feel like I read that Mexico is 12 or 14. Now these absolutely embarrassing wks are throwing around 'cerebral cortex isn't developed yet!!11!' And 'b-b-b-but shes not mature enough!' What the fuk is going on with this world. Social media is so infuriating, that's why I don't have any of that chit.
Edit - holy fuk some of you guys are saying the same chit as those social media wks. Are you guys being cheeky kunts or are you guys being serious?

But theres a point where the difference is too extreme. You're looking for a partner, not a slave. 18 year olds dont make good partners for 31 year olds.
As for the 19 year old dudes, they dont know any better the same way the 18 year olds dont know any better. They make better partners for each otherbecause they are both clueless and can work together to try to make sense of things. Have fun being 30 years old and trying to figure life out with an 18 year old.
Whats not being back by anything intellectual?
You would think this 31 year old talking to an 18 year old thing would be a fkn obvious problem.

Wisdom is embodied. No amounnt of social media will give you true wisdom (to the guy who thinks because we are more connected we are all older mentally. Don’t even have to bring in the developmental part as to why he’s wrong)

I would date someone older if I was 18 because I, as a dude, would just wanna bang but have no clue what a 30 year olds intentions are. And the relationship wouldn’t be serious because an older woman would be much wiser and I wouldn’t be able to lead the relationship because of that. It would be complete chaos for me. The opposite is true for this 18 year old girl. Everything will be too structured since she’s dating an older dude. There is no dance between the two. Straight tyranny.

In the sense that they can get the power dynamics out of the way and just have fun and enjoy each others company.
Its the most compatible dynamic in the earth, like the yin and the yang.
When two people both try to take the lead they just butt heads and it doesnt work as well.

That said, I dated an 18 year old for nearly a year and probably wouldn't do it again. The sex was great but good God dealing with her was a pain in the ass sometimes.

We are looking for the best power dynamic across time. Momentary tyranny is hot but when there’s no back and forth things never grow. A true back and forth/dance is more sustainable in the long term.

I like the general rule of divide your age by 2 and add 7. That’s the minimum age. But even at the lower end it’s weird unless she’s old enough to drink.
