Y’all are probably tired of hearing me but more venting.

Our house was listed yesterday morning. 5 showings yesterday and we got an offer by last night. They offered $2k above listing but wanted us to cover $5k in closing costs. I said lick my taint I’ll pay 2k in closing costs and you still pay 2k above listing. AND, if the house doesn’t appraise for what you offered you have to cover it or we are backing out.

Meanwhile my realtor is like you have to help them maybe they don’t have the cash for closing. I was like F you. You never once tried to get the seller to pay our closing costs on the two houses you’ve helped us buy.

There’s been 3 showings today so far. Another one later and 2 more tomorrow I think.

lol u w0t. they are in abundance where im at. there's really nothing that comes even close. You are either going to compromise capacity in a slim single stack or are going to get into the mouse gun category in the size comparison

Those things are still sold out everywhere?

I personally love mine and think it's worth the wait. Nothing else really compares if you want the size/capacity/shootability combo. Lost count of my round count through it, probably somewhere around 5k, but haven't had a single issue shooting.

And as far as the p365, theyvare everywhere around here. Everyone stopped buying them once the new gun sex appeal wore off and everyone realized they were getting Indian pot metal parts.

just made the final payment on my car, now its on to my student debt. in a few months that sh_t will be taken care of too, and the only debt left is the mortgage. im thinking maybe 6 or 7 years and i can get that fully paid off, then im investing in the stock market, about to make some dividends.

fuk paying interest.



on a side note, GTA 5 looks fuking beautiful on PS4.
