if your apartment allows dogs, you can become a dog sitter for rover.com. I do this for side income and it is pretty easy work.

To generate passive income is to have huge capital to invest for dividend or real estate. It's most likely you don't have enough of capital.

Also, passive income = minimal effort/time. G4P isn't passive at all.

Just get a part time job for now and save up or invest that money. You can't generate any meaningful passive income as of now unless you take out a loan which is very risky if you have no experience.

I read a good one on the misc before that requires minimal effort. If you are any good at photography you can sell your photos by uploading them to a website and if people like them they can pay to download a pic without a watermark. All you have to do is take a few pics, upload and sit back and wait for the cash to roll in. I should really start doing this myself.

Take any extra cash and invest it into low fee ETF's that track the S&P 500. I like dividend paying ETF's as they produce a decent income every quarter. There are also some REIT's that throw off monthly income such as symbol "O".

I'm going to start doing something similar to what Alex Becker talks about, just basic e-mail funnels that you probably see in your inbox everyday...and possibly mix that with drop-shipping if there's good peripheral products to sell.

Just trying to figure out what I want to sell. I made a sports related website last year, but looking back it was wayyyyy too intricate and became a beast to work on. It also didn't have a clear product to sell. Next time I'm keeping it simpler.

For sure, this is something I actually have interest in. And I personally know people that make a few hundred off a website per month without much effort, just takes time and trial & error. They could probably scale up but they don't bother.

Alex Becker's description's may seem vague but after seeing what my friend does and what others do, it 100% makes sense. Fuk Elliot Hulse and Layne Norton are basically doing it right now - anybody who sends a newsletter to you with offers for products.

i'll say it like this because i was in your shoes now i make passive income automatically with drop shipping. it's a lot easier in the us than in another countries.

but yeah most thing i can say is that you need to know how money works. i do 2-3k a week easily. and have more than enough free time to do whatever i want.

i give back because bb.com has helped me immensely back in 2015 era where it was poppin.

just to give you a glimpse of this lifestyle.. i work 15 minutes a day..sometimes none at all literally. i make 400 dollars a day with my eyes closed. i eat whatever i want delivered to me at any time of the day..etc.
