Ideas for passive income (115k)
Whatsup *******s.
So I am working full-time at the moment around 45 hours a week, have two days off, one of those days I do private maths tuition (maths graduate checking in) with 2-3 students for 2 hours each. And the other day off I like to chill / relax.
My question is: Is there some way to start making some passive income, even if it's only small amounts, basically things that don't require me to spend that much time on, because at the moment, I don't really have that much free time.
Something maybe I could learn quickly as opposed to weeks and weeks of studying.
Will rep all serious answers.
Thanks.

Tax season is right around the corner. Get your qualifications . Brother in law works 3 months during that time with a full time job and rakes in about 17k for the season.

If you tutor students at your house, you could set up an LLC as the tutoring company and then, as a landlord, charge the LLC rent for the portion of the building where the tutoring takes place (effectively receiving the tutoring income as rental income, which is taxed as passive income).

Passive income is income resulting from cash flow received on a regular basis, requiring minimal to no effort by the recipient to maintain it.
Straight from Wikipedia.
Note: I don't want to invest any money, that's not what my OP was about.

Since you don't want to invest any money, aren't interested in renting out property that you own and you can't materially participate in any source of the income...you're flat out of options

How much do you make annually out of curiosity ?
Btw, I remember you were a romanian brah. I think the country is recovering so have you thought about saving the pounds and investing in your home country (way easier to start a business/ buy real estate there) ?

I mean if you know how to draw/make digital art you can upload to a site like redbubble. If people buy stickers, shirts, hoodies, etc. of your art you can make some money
