Go out and get some life experience. holy chit. Interact with others, namely the opposite sex. Seeing as you're so concerned.
That's not what's been said though. No need for overreactions

"because he kissed the soft part of my arm".

Translation: Dude actually knew what he was doing in bed, and was smart enough to ask for consent before proceeding to a night of ass-to-mouth, choking and making her filthy wet dreams come true, followed by ironclad NC to top it off.

Yea I think so for sure, unless you're in college. This #metoo bullchit mostly happens to big names with a huge social media following. The court of public opinion only works if the public can establish an opinion of you. That's not possible without them knowing who you are.

There are some rare cases of police getting involved, i.e. the bed girl and some other stories I've read, but I can't think of more than 10 stories to be honest and I've actively researched this topic before. I don't think false rape accusations go anywhere for the most part cause cops aren't just gonno charge some dude just because a distraught bish shows up at the station.

If you're not famous and aren't a ****gy ********/insta/snapchat addict then there isn't much to worry about. The glaring exception to this is if you're in college, specially freshmen living at the dorms. A random admin ******* can fuk up your future by filing rape accusations and getting you kicked out which basically ruins your life, without having to do any formal investigation by law enforcement. That's fuked up and needs to stop.

OP is a *******. "Fornicating" sounds like someone who's never gotten laid and is pissed that others are. Sloots getting pounded by everyone but OP.

With that being said, it's bad for anyone's mental health. The fact that someone would do that kind of says their mental health isn't all that in tip top shape in the first place.

hmm.. guess im not disagreeing

but ive written about an instance that ive had in the past. which involved a girl fuking up and busting her face on pavement. she was drunk and wandering around in the night so we called the cops so she wasn't picked up by some random seeing a drunk girl walking the street alone at night.

so, when she busted face and the cops came she was so embarrassed that she tried to say that my friend and i beat her.

the cops knew we didn't so they were cool. but they told us a story about how "battery" is any unwanted touching. and he gave an example of 2 friends going out for a cigarette and one friend poked the other and he didn't like it; that technically that was battery.

what i have been told is that once those allegations are made they are taken very seriously. and what happens is basically a he said vs. she said

his whole point being it could have been a huge mess even if nothing really happened. i cant remember what he warned about as well. i think it had to do with being at the house.. that if they got the call at the house that somebody was probably going to jail

also, i know a bish who got caught with a drug in college and tried to say that the guy she was with raped her. they had some process and chit but the guy was cleared from any wrongdoing. i think there was a witness though

im with you with this being more apparent with people with money/ following. definitely money

but i think these allegations are generally taken pretty seriously

she says "sex is not a contract of continuation" and "a culture of consent should be a culture of care for the other person" (care is the part that comes after sex in this case) implying that when she consents to sex, he is expected to also care afterwards, even though it was a one-nigiht stand
since he disapeared, she feels like he didnt hold his end of the "deal" (even though that wasnt part of the consent deal, it was just sex for him) so in her mind she is taking her consent back, which makes the sex they had a rape / sexual assault case
How long did it take you to figure out that "rape culture" is a misnomer, more adequately defined as victim mentality? Post-coitus regret is the biggest factor in determining whether the woman in question feels that she was raped, or if there was a level of consent, verbal or non-verbal. If inhibition-lowering substances were involved, then the barrier to consent is decreased and the following regret is greatly increased.

And that is before you take into account the issue of verbal consent. Does it surprise anyone that women do not really want to give explicit consent? Non-verbal consent, sure, but how many women want to take the responsibility for sex? None. How many want to admit that they willingly participated in an act that could be seen as degrading to their reputation and/or self-image? Few. The expectation is that men will initiate and take responsibility for sex. Explicit consent is a turn-off for women who want to know that they are highly desired.

Compounding the previous issues is the fact that men are generally very bad at reading women and acting appropriately. They will either move too fast, or move too slowly, or some weird combination of both. They have their own set of expectations regarding sex depending on their own set of experiences.

To summarize: You should be gauging a woman's level of complicity at all times. If anything feels forced, then it most likely is. And on the flip side: Don't go full red pill. Ever.

I remember that story brah.

I don't buy what the cop said tbh. There are oddball stories of insane injustice in court, but I wout think 9/10 if some bish tried to file assault charges for someone touching her with a single finger that chit would be thrown out of court. Our justice system is backed up like a dirty sewer line, I'm pretty sure they're tossing out even legit cases that are on the lighter side, let alone wild accusations.

The cop was trying to give you a scared straight story imo. Your own story with the guy in college ends with him getting cleared. I think the system works most of the time unless the person is very famous/rich. If you're a one of those *******s who likes to get too physical while drunk, i.e. burn your friends with a cig, then sounds like you belong in jail to begin with. Learn your limits *******s.

Btw I think allegations are and should be taken seriously... but they should also be tossed away swiftly and conclusively if no actual evidence emerges. I think that's what happens in most cases. Cops show up, take the girl's word on face value and go to speak to the guy and do a quick investigation. Then they proceed to close the case without charges when there is no evidence. Sounds like due process to me.

To be honest though a lot of what I wrote about is just my opinion and experience. Would love to hear form actual LEO bros about how often that chit gets taken too far.

This must be a young dudes thing; I can only assume it's a part of freshman orientation. Never in my life has a partner stopped and asked for my verbal consent and I'm 100% good with that.

Sure, but normal people don't feel the need to police how others do relationships, including ending them. That's the thing about consent: If it can be revoked at any time, that includes after he fills you up and peaces out.
It's just not reasonable to expect something from someone you just met at a bar or on tinder. They're most likely looking to have a drink and fuk, it's not fawkin rocket science. Smells a whole lot like bullchit, these girls aren't retarded they know what it is. Maybe it shouldn't be that way but that's the way it is, expecting a different outcome is just naive.

I've asked for contest among other chit like discussing limits many times. But let's be honest for the kind of dirty chit I like to get into it would be pretty fuked up to just go for it without giving her a heads up first. Plus if you're going to involve an assortment of toys, tools, gadgets and machinations, it makes the most sense to teach her how to operate it first.

All in all gotto say pretty freakin glad not in college in 2018. Early 2000's was goat college days.

Yep, and it's kinda funny

The sexual revolution/liberalization movement long-term hurts women far more than it hurts men, cause women get more emotionally attached from sex than men do

So while feminists are telling young women to whore themselves out in their twenties and not settle down to focus on 'career', men get discouraged cause they can't find an attractive woman that hasn't taken d*ck from 50+ chads, and women start to feel even more like they're only wanted for sex. Hurts everyone in the end, truly a cancerous movement.

There is no correlation between how easily a woman jumps into bed with you and her ability to be a long term partner.

I haven't updated it.

I saw a girl this afternoon and I have a different first date tonight.

I got pumped and dumped made a thread.

I just had a girl I was getting real interested in (enough that I was considering exclusivity) that just broke things off out of the blue in the middle of the night.

That might be a thread by itself.

Oh and I'm on the outs with my girl in Jersey and the Venezuelan girl here in Raleigh.

Well it depends. If you're looking for old-fashioned monogamy til death do us part then I'd say a slut isn't what you want to find. Since you used the term long term partner, anyone could take that in a number of directions.

Every single LTR I've been in had orgasms between date 1 and three.

Completely monogamous.

If you stay the guy she dated and stay her number 1 sexual option you don't have to worry.

dude that is patently incorrect. We all know you love loose women for casual sex, but the bottom line is every study done on stable marriages shows that the greater # of premartial sexual partners a woman has, the greater chance of the marriage being dissolved within 5-10 years.

I know the misc is retarded in many ways about women, but when it comes to relationships and marriage, there is indeed a direct correlation from premartial sex partners and long term relationship success due to things like pair bonding being repressed in women who freely give themselves to many men and therefore attach to none of them in a lasting way.

That doesnt mean a woman who has had premartial sex isnt able to be in a long term relationship, but it means its a serious red flag that could well be the difference between a marriage staying together or a woman just bailing out because she is less attached and committed biologically due to her past activities.

2 things. You all misunderstand the study.

And I believe a those studies were founded by fundamental Christian organizations.

According to your chart it doesn't really matter after 2 partners. In fact gets better as they get more partners until after 10+, which means usually women that aren't pro marriage anyways and stayed single and were used to it.

Also, what you may not understand is that most marriages end because of financial reasons, not fidelity. So I'd be more concerned with how many accounts she's had fall into collections and repossessions she's had than how many guys she's slept with.
