most people don't realize, that mcgregor is building something beyond what anybody has ever done, he's about the money, and his money makes money, he is involved in enterprises, businesses, he is set for life, and then another life, and many more for his children, and his childrens' childrens' children, and even beyond. he understands interest, and the financial side of money making money. he's a business man. and he is always 2 steps ahead, even though it may seem like he's 3 steps behind, but he's not, he's only 1 step behind right now, but he has those 2 steps ahead that he always knows about, because he's the kind of guy who thinks in advance, plans all the moves, and calculates everything. all the risks/rewards. he knows how to turn a negative into a positive, and also knows how to ride the positive waves too. in other words, what i'm trying to say, is that he knows what he is doing. he'll be back. all part of the plan.

Agree, and it's disappointing as he has legitimate skill as a striker, but unfortunately his reputation allowed him to garner a massive following of people who hyped him as some sort of demi-god.

I think most level headed fight fans saw this coming as soon as it was announced.

The guy should have taken a few tune up fights first and kept his trash talk in check.

It's almost like he knew he was gonna get mauled so went OTT pre-fight to ensure he earned as much money as possible before the fall.
