He dominates using the leg drag position along with leg clamps which have been a staple of grappling champs like Rodolfo Viera (leg drag master), Rafael Mendes, Aoki, Jake shields and Demian Maia (leg clamps) for a long time. All of these guys (especially Khabib in MMA) have some of the best positional dominance games using these techniques...if you don't like positional dominance then grappling/bjj/mma isn't for you. My point is not "you don't understand it", it's that in all grappling sports positional dominance wins points, so to watch MMA and not be a fan of that is exactly the same as watching boxing but not liking the punching aspect. It's very bizarre is all, why you would watch a sport involving grappling but hate watching the grappling aspect.

Tony for sure as I have been looking forward to that fight for 3+ years.

It's this. And Conor's attack on the bus left Chiesa's face dripping blood and a case brought against him for it. And the UFC used that footage repeatedly in their promo for the fight. And the footage was shot with a camera crew that Conor brought with him.

The UFC enabled Conor's antics precisely because this is all about money. And the Athletic Commission knows this too.
