I know they’re expensive but 12k seems like a lot even for a lawyer.

I just thought it was pretty apparent even from her statement that he didn’t do anything wrong..scary that even based on her own words there was enough fear to lawyer up.

Do we know if he can take her to court to get some of the money back?

As a woman I hate the world we live in right now...it is sad that women are afraid to speak up when something bad happens to them and I initially thought it was great that sexual assault was being spoken about, but now the accusations are so assinine that eventually people won’t take it serious anymore.

His chances aren't great in regards to the defamation. Defamation is extremely hard to prove because you have to be able to prove malicious intent and prove with 100% that they were lying and they knew they were lying.

This is my frustration, seriously.

SJWs have entirely mishandled the entire sexual assault issue, which yes, is still a relevant issue especially in certain subcultures and turned it into a circus.

This has, in turn, allowed the rape apologists to have a much firmer leg to stand on.

They are their own worst enemy and I am seriously pissed.

My ex was telling me that he got let go at a job that he really loved because some woman tried to accuse him of ****. Not only did he not do anything to her but this woman was COMING ON TO HIM. He said that she showed up at his Fukn house at night for some stupid job related reason... the woman was older like in her 50s and I believe him with what he told me.
It was someone higher up than him- maybe even a direct supervisor.

^The irony being that I do listen to men, and I did in fact write a treatise on this in college and stage a conference to listen to grievances from all sides. Because that was my job as the sexual assault peer counselor. I talked to plenty of guys who swore they didn't do it. I'm not remotely heartless when it comes to this. I am 100% in agreement with you Troll Patrol.

I just don't like Instant Loser because he's a dick. And because he genuinely hates women and is a poor example of what someone standing up for rights looks like. A Meninazi, ironic since MRAs hate feminists so much.

I don’t really get the impression that he hates women but I Suppose if he does then it’s probably for the same reason I “hate” SJWs. Everyone picks the loudest ******* to represent them.. lmao I won’t get too deep in to conspiracy but I do Feel like maybe we are being intentionally divided..
